  • And our support team is unable to deliver the product after assistance

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.


3. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same product, you can contact us with proof of payment. After verification, the extra payment may be refunded.
